What data we receive

• The video you upload. It may show your face, voice and surroundings.
• Your account email and password. The password is stored only as a hash, and nobody can see it, including the administrator.
• Your fal.ai key. It’s stored encrypted, never shown in full and used only for your own videos and characters.
• Descriptions and images of your characters, your video history and your messages to support.
• IP address and technical request data. They’re needed to keep the service running and to limit abuse.

The site receives no payment data: you pay fal.ai directly.

Why

Only to create the videos and characters you request and to answer your messages. We don’t sell data and don’t use your videos to train AI models.

Who receives the data

To process videos and character descriptions, they are sent to fal.ai (USA), which runs the AI models, on behalf of your fal.ai account. This is necessary to provide the service.

How long we keep it

Uploaded videos are deleted right after processing, finished ones after about 24 hours. Your account, key, characters and messages are kept while the account exists. You can remove your key at any time on the Account tab.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have your account deleted. Write from the email you signed up with: email subrooklin10308@gmail.com or the Help tab.

Cookies

The site doesn’t use advertising cookies. One technical cookie keeps you signed in.
